Granulomatous meningoencephalitis (GME) is an inflammatory disease of the central nervous system (CNS) of dogs. It is a form of meningoencephalitis. The most common treatment is corticosteroid in combination with one or more immunosuppressive drugs, and radiation therapy in some cases.
