Lately, some NHV customers from Australia have been requested to provide an Import Permit to the Australian Quarantine in order to clear their packages when they have a high value.
To avoid any potential delays or issues, we recommend that all Australian customers placing an order over USD 300 apply for this import permit in advance.

- Apply for an import permit under the "Pet food, pet food ingredients, and supplements for companion animals" category: BICON Permit
